Pros
Some of the people were great to work with and the work environment had some potential.
Cons
Poor new management who has taken over recently. They have instituted too many policies too fast and done it in a style that has engendered too many bad feelings . And also created a morale problem amongst a lot of the employees. Thereby creating a turnover problem that will never be solved until you fix that and the pay scale. Wages being paid there are from the 1980s, and the benefits are not affordable for the employees who work there. No real incentives in place to keep a working crew for more than a year.
