Cannot think of a single one.

Cons

The most toxic place you could work. The Kaufman family are the ones in leadership positions and act like they worked hard to get there when they were handed the position. Never give praise when the company is doing well but if you have one bad month you will be berated in front of hundreds of people on a meeting by an executive. The narcissism and nepotism runs deep here.
