* Extremely supportive environment * Excellent leadership team with genuine interest in fostering success in employees * 3 weeks paid vacation * Solid medical/dental/vision insurance with multiple options * 401k match * Good pay * Free event tickets to events at Little Caesar's Arena and other venues

Cons

* Pay could be better (but it's certainly not bad!) * Biweekly pay periods (rather than weekly) * Missing some fringe benefits (e.g. tuition reimbursement for non-underwriters)

*management is SUPER supportive & flexible *team environment *collaborative *great pay *everyone works hard & works together *family of Kaufman companies help each other *nice benefits package and HR support *I.T. department is the best that I have ever worked with (15 years experience)

Cons

*initial online training is brutal (and much of it was irrelevant)
