Pay is below average. Roughly 15-20% lower than a lot of comparable positions at other companies that I have seen, including direct competitors.

Working in the Farmington Hills, MI headquarters, employees and executives are very friendly and accessible. It is an employee friendly work environment with a lot of perks related to being in the office.
