Activity based office, so no own desk Forced to work according to scrum, but this doesn't work in practice since there is very little internal training in scrum or any training at all for scrum masters Unclear roles in the team Team is too big, >20 people and is not well organised to work in those conditions, and two team leads so far not been equipped to fix this High turnover in mid to upper management last two years Between-teams collaboration difficult due to lack of information sources and frequent complete reorg of the company hierarchy
