There isn't a career path if you aren't a business person. Lots of horror stories with IT people staying in the same position for the last 20 years.

good training, energy of trainers is really positive.

Cons

had to do the customer service of 5 brands on one salary. the salary is at minimum wage. Really hard to get a permanent contract here and the people are fake and only wat you to smile like a doll.

It's a big corporate and struggles with the same "big companies"-pains: there's not always a clear answer to a simple question, a lack of clarity who is responsible for what, blurry north star due to many top objectives at the same time.
