If you are good at networking and talking without actually doing real work, that's where you belong. By the name of reorganisation mangers promote each other while rest of the company tries to figure out what happens. Just look at the profiles and you would know how many people have got so may promotions within few years, while still others are struggling to be on the job. Incompetent and arrogant managers who are somehow either in the friend circles or in yes men/women groups, no prospects to grow in ones career who depends on performance. HRs shamelessly announce layoffs in the session stating performance is not the criteria. Hefty exit offer money is also distributed among business managers who were loving to post nice about the company on linkedin on leaving, while others were given redeployment which they couldn't accept, so either they left without exit money or they are bound to be with the company as no jobs are currently available in the market. Company uses phychological safety as one of its value but in reality uses the same to make employees feel vulnerable so they leave by themselves.
