      Pros

      Overall, I have had a good experience working for HR Block. Management seems to have a good handle on whats going on in IT and is always working to improve things.

      Cons

      I think my biggest complaint is a lack of accountability. My work heavily depends on other teams completing their responsibilities, and some people do a great job and other its very difficult to get simple tasks completed.
