      Coworkers are fantastic, hours are yours to select.

      Cons

      Jumping though corporate hoops is demeaning. I've worked with 3 DMs, two were top notch, the last DGM belittled her staff and honestly treated employees poorly. She transferred to a southern district I hope she learns how to be decent to her new employees.

      tax training and best match

      forced to do new program that is not good for clients. old program to new equals different results. district managers are focused on "being first" to do new program ...and not on clients correct returns. clients returns are totally done wrong due to lack of training. tried to tell management but "no" was the answer.
