Pros

Did a brief gig with technical support of franchisee office computer systems. The work was highly technical from remote network troubleshooting to proprietary software setup, and troubleshooting.

Cons

Pay was less than entry level for the role. Plus, being 2010, they figured they could pay 15% less than they pay the prior year's staff and still get enough workers to work the phones through the tax busy season. Also the work is seasonal for most employees from no work for 3-5 months a year to mandatory overtime December through mid-February. Attendance is pretty much you miss a day you are gone.
