      Supervisor was acccomodating and kind, other staff answered any post training questions and my responsibilities were transparent

      Cons

      Some of the 9lder staff at my office were unprofessional and discriminatory and it was difficult to get enough hours to make sure I could live, plus when the season ends I was out of a job

      Some co-workers are fun to work with.

      Cons

      Payrate is not worth the hassel. No chance to exceed 9.00 per hour in Florida. Per an office manager. They will bring a new CSP in and pay them more than the CPS that would have to train them.
