      Decent benefits, mid level managers are in-the-trenches kind of people, very team-oriented.

      Cons

      Very 'Ivory Tower' mentality of the senior leadership. Blatant backstabbing at those upper levels makes employees feel like their jobs are in jeopardy if their manager doesn't know how to 'play the game'.
