      Unlimited vacation, flexibility with remote work, awesome CEO

      Cons

      CEO's vision is great but directors and VPs don't support it. Seasonal and global work force is treated like second class citizens, pay is below market rates for IT and bonuses aren't as consistent as they promise. Healthcare is high deductible and very expensive if you have a family. There is no accountability for poor performance and poor decision making.
