      Pros

      Flexible, work life balance, culture, and more! Very close knit. We move mountains here at Block!

      Cons

      I seriously have not experienced many cons at all. I guess the only thing is that more headcount is needed, but that is the climate right now.

      Pros

      Good Bonus provided company does well. 401K match, Unlimited PTO's, health insurance is neutral. Bonus percentages are good compared to other offices with same designation.

      Cons

      should expect lots of layovers as the company is going through a technological transformation and ramping up offshore resources. But if you stick well within this transformation you get to learn a lot in terms of new technologies and all.
