Pros

Empowerment is the one word which comes to my mind when I think of Block. It was led by very able leaders and presented an amazing work culture to groom talent.

Cons

Consistency could be pointed as a potential con, but then again, there are market forces, which influence that, and an organization has to pivot at the right time to be relevant.
