      Pros

      Unfortunately I cannot think of many. The people were nice, but the management level was clueless and ill trained so they pushed the line all the time.

      Cons

      Since this is seasonal - people are treated like they are expendable. It is all about performance which is rated on a retail scale. Every goal is short term and they do not care who they run over to get there. A weird combo of financial services and retail.
