      Great energy from leaders and they keep you in the know of where they see the company going. Great atmosphere, flexibility, and ability for growth.

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower than other companies.

      Pros

      Ive got one direct supervisor located in Witchita, KS. Because of this most of my job is very self motivated. I'm never bored, and love the traveling.

      Cons

      Pay..... plain and simple, fast food workers get paid more, and the freedom and lack of stress hardly compensates for it.

      Pros

      -Can work seasonally (mostly during tax season) if you are looking to supplement other work. -Work is not typically difficult, but can vary from task-to-task.

      Cons

      -Compensation is low compared to other jobs. -You will put a lot of mileage on your vehicle driving around to offices. -Corporate is very pushy about marketing and treats every task no matter how minor as though it is an emergency.
