      Pros

      If you work hard and are focused on results, you will be rewarded here. They really make an effort to recognize their employees and reward them for good work. For such a large company, the CEO was very personable and many of us in the field had an opportunity to meet him. I don't know if things were different at corporate but I truly enjoyed my time there.

      Work life balance. You do work hard, but it is recognized
