Helping the public with the IRS, second looks on returns that were done at another tax office is a really good procedure because he block usually finds money that other tax office missed.
Cons
Dealing with arguing people because the IRS keeps some or all there refund. Busy during the beginning of the season and at the end of the season are harder and longer returns.
