Pros

They let people work there part-time and the tasks are simple enough.

Cons

Word of advice to any clients, this location in particular is VERY disorganized with your sensitive information. I always come across at least a couple of document lying around where anyone can grab your SSN, checks, tax documents, etc at the end of the night. Even the virtual system is not secure because any employee can access and handle your documents regardless of their position. One receptionist messed up so badly that she kept sending documents to the wrong locations, preventing clients from finishing their taxes and exposing them to security risks. For employees: Communication is very unclear. Management puts their employees in tough spots by constantly changing schedules last minute and not being clear. Expect to be blamed for not coming in because they'll flip flop between telling you to trust the schedule and to "not take it so seriously." The work environment is also toxic, many of the tax professionals like to gossip and talk badly about fellow coworkers.
