      Pros

      The people, by and large, are very nice and respectful. Supervisors encourage work/life balance, and mean it when they do so.

      Cons

      As a data scientist, I find the state of the data difficult to work with. A transformation is underway, and this may remedy many of the difficulties I experienced if it is successful.
