      Decent Workplace for Work-life Balance

      Pros

      Managers are competent in both technical and managerial aspects, understanding of employee mental and physical well-being. Pay and benefits are decent. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Having to accommodate Indian timezone sometimes. Fully remote work is only available to some staff.
