      Pros

      This is a pay-for-performance environment. If you are effective and can drive business change/value, you will be very successful here. The senior management team is the best. They are highly ethical and have a true vision and strategy for the future. This is the best place to work. The vision of Henry Bloch are still alive and well here. The management team is top-notch, communicates frequently, and always has the best interest of the company and the associates at heart.

      1) If you are a hard worker, you will do well. 2) Great comp, salary, and benefits package 3) Strong leadership 4) Great work/life balance

      Cons

      1) There has been a layoff almost every year the past 5 years 2) Declining industry (although they have a growth plan now) 3) Political environment
