I felt supported at all levels. From the education they'll supply you at your own pace to working as a team during the busy season, you'll always feel confident about their support. It was a very friendly yet professional office environment.
Cons
Unfortunately, the tax season is very short. It was hard to commit for ten weeks a year. If you're semi-retired or have other income, this could be a perfect opportunity to supplement your income.
