Pros
H&R Block has been great about allowing me to choose my schedule. And when I am able to pick up extra time I can. I also can clock in at home to do training and once I complete a partial training I can even work from anywhere. They are great about encouraging me to take more training and move up in to higher positions. They also offer a wide array of bonus opportunities for additional pay with referrals.
Cons
It is crazy and hectic. It is also mostly seasonal work but can come back season after season and work around another full or part-time year round job.
