      Pros

      HR block give you the opportunity to dip your feet in the technical support field. They will train you and all co workers are very helpful

      Cons

      Seasonal position cannot get to comfy , dates always change for layoff

      -Experience with several systems/vendors and IT terminology/support world. -Various aspects of pc hardware/servers and propreiatry engineered software.

      Work life balance is not manageable Disrespectful/harassing coaching sessions Uncommunicated procedures/policies Daily operations/tasks unresponsibily and miscommunicated to employees High expectations for a job without benefits/respect Mind bending undocumented policies and no choice to not to agree with management
