      Pros

      Founders and leadership team all come from spaces with direct relevance to service and product being built, which not only means that they can make confident decisions on how to navigate the space, but also that it's a great opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      As the company grows and teams scale, they are doing their best to improve diversity/inclusion, though admittedly it is sub-par where it stands today. Leadership is taking direct steps to address this issue.

      working to modernize access to research information, laid back, value outcomes and quality instead of punch in, punch out. smart people, real opportunity for growth, executives are real team players and leaders, free dinners after 7pm

      It’s rare to find a company where the culture supports collaboration, welcomes new perspectives, and rewards performance. Everyone across the board is very collaborative, engaged, and supportive. Then somehow they make it work with and work life balance. Generous PTO and wellness days.

      The pay is on the lower end
