Great People, Good Company, Good Mission

Pros

Great company with a bright future. Management seems to have a clear direction for growth and everyone plays a part in the mission. Personnel decisions and hiring processes are meticulous which contributes positively towards culture and synergy. The company values individuals and each team member, offering flexible time off, competitive benefits, and genuinely just treats you as a human adult. The company's values are more than just words - they drive a lot of decisions and culture around the organization.

Cons

Start up environment where things are fast paced and hectic at times. There can be times where you can't predict what your workload or job will look like in two weeks which can be a source of anxiety. Additionally, wish there was more opportunity for wage calibration or promotion outside of normal promotion schedule.

It’s a fast-paced role, but the people here are supportive and motivating. Leadership doesn’t micromanage — they trust each CSM to support their assigned clients in the way they believe is most effective, while also being open and receptive to any challenges or pain points you may face.

Cons

The SaaS industry is often influenced by market conditions and competition, which can affect organizational stability. Keeping up with frequent changes and updates — and communicating them effectively to clients — can be challenging at times.
