      Pros

      - Working with really intelligent people who are working together to achieve a clear, unified goal - Feels like a startup, but the company is backed by a successful, 11 yr old enterprise - Great vision from leadership which helps everyone stay behind the same goals - Good benefits - Lots of autonomy, but the structure is in place to help everyone be successful - Communication across teams is very good - New office in a great location - Growing the team rapidly so good time to join and get in early

      - Could do more to bring the team together socially outside the office (seems like this is being worked on)
