      Pros

      The flexibility of working is great. Not micro-managed. Unlimited PTO (can be a PRO and CON)

      Cons

      Constant changes in leadership and management. Lack of training and proper career guidance. The workload can become overwhelming at times.

      Team seems friendly and supportive

      Management in the Japan team player politics and favorites, did not communicate at all whether part time position would open up to full time until the very last day of contract despite knowing it was brought up as a concern numerous times. Very unprofessional: if you like people talking behind your back and the vice you had in high school this is the place for you

      Pros

      H1 has some super sharp and highly dedicated people that make it up. While other companies may rely on the talent of a small pool of people to carry the rest, this is the type of organization that expects success from everyone and empowers its team to meet their goals. If you like the chance to build something truly great, its a good place to work.

      Cons

      There are often long hours and a very high expectation for success, which can feel overwhelming if you are not prepared. This is not right for everyone, but certain people, THRIVE!
