      Pros

      H1 is an exciting place to work - being a new, start-up company in an under-developed and technology forward space. Totally virtual company (Employees live/work from home around the globe), and despite this, Management does a great job to promote an awesome, engaging culture. Stock options, unlimited PTO, and a very generous Company Holiday Calendar.

      Cons

      Start-up environment means processes & business goals change frequently. This is unavoidable, but can cause additional stress if you don't have a flexible, adaptive mindset.

      Pros

      The people who join H1 are genuinely smart and driven individuals that care about the work they do and collaborating cross-functionally to build great products and services. They also care about creating a healthier future and are willing to do something about it. Leadership is extremely accessible and actively tries to create an environment where challenging the norm and sharing feedback is encouraged. This is not only available, but expected. There is a high bias for taking action instead of hoping someone else will. If you are looking for a place that is challenging, fun and meaningful, H1 is the place to be.

      Cons

      As the company is in continual rapid growth, process is constantly changing. If you are not comfortable with change and pressure to become a better employee and person, H1 is not the right place for you.

      Pros

      Extremely intelligent leadership teams across the organization. Team-oriented with everyone excited to support the company mission. Hard workers who are all extremely passionate about our work. Mentors within each team and very much an "all hands on deck" mentality across the board. Flexible environment, and unlimited PTO :)

      Cons

      Fast paced and high expectations which may be difficult for new joiners during ramp up.
