At H2M, the company’s priorities are not in order. H2M does not care about its employees no matter what they say or do. The company is not flexible, doesn’t care enough about women, mental health, focuses on the wrong ideologies constantly. As long as work is getting done in timely manner then the location doesn’t matter. Having the option for flexibility makes for happier employees and sometimes often leading to a better work life balance. (e.g. without commuting for 2 hours a day those extra hours could be utilized getting a project done. Making a healthy meal rather than eating out. Peace and quiet.) Also, upper management always talks about utilization and they tell us all the time but sometimes there isn’t work. They tell workers to drink the cool aid instead of just creating a better work environment.
