      Pros

      it's a great place to gain experience for those that want to learn how to fix B737 and A320s. 3rd shift and 2nd shifts are the fastest way to get your sign-offs to obtain your A&P license.

      Cons

      managements shows favoritism. if you are not licensed you aren't going to be paid as much as someone that is licensed no matter how hard you work. employees that are licensed are valued and favored more.
