PTO is gave to you from day 1

Cons

Recruiters lie to you in your face and then after working there give you attitude and stop helping you They dont care about you, you are just a number. They dont care about what you know neither help you grow. Sing on bonus or relocation is a scam. You actually get half of whatever they promise you and if you leave they force you to pay 100% including the taxes that you already paid, so you have to pay them to work for them, funny no?. Wages are the lowest in the industry. If you are an A&P dont settle for this company, you will not be compensated.

It’s a good place to get experience if you’re brand new to aviation or fresh out of school

Cons

Management is an absolute joke, this place loses money on almost every single plane that comes through. They will hire just about anyone with a pulse licensed or not. The pay is ludicrously low. The good old boy system is very strong here.
