*120 hours yearly given at the beginning *can be with getting experience

Cons

*Lots of time tracking, *sales miss quotes projects all the time, which results in not having enough time to complete assignments * sometimes required to stay after hours and not get paid for it

I didn’t even realize how held back I was or how stunted my career was getting until I left. There’s talk about accountability and the management does anything but hold themselves or anyone else accountable. It’s a pretty unfortunate place not only to work, but to start working since you don’t even realize how bad it is when you never had any other comparison. It’s your typical good ol’ boy network with an insane amount of bigotry allowed. Just. Yikes.
