      HAECO Americas - No work/life balance. Affects family

      Pros

      It is close to a few good restaurants for lunch. Those restaurants also come in handy for dinner on the long nights.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Employee turn over is very high. As a result, people with any working knowledge of the current systems are spread very thin. 401K match is horrible. They give you some vacation but make it very difficult to use it because you have to be tied to your job.

      Cons

      lack of motivation from many employees, lack of dedication, lack of experienced employees and managers. Blinds leading blinds.
