      Pros

      Fast environment with room to grow within company. Great Entry-Level engineering role that give you the ability to learn the processes and projects the company has currently.

      Cons

      No Accountability within certain sectors. It's easier to pass off the problem to the next person in line then it is to fix the problem at hand. No "Risk/Reward" mentality.

      Pros

      Decent hours and benefits. Management is seriously inadequate, but tend stay a float and are relatively easy to deal with. Good for entry level mechanics.

      Cons

      Facilities are ran down and all the equipment is old and falling apart. The company refuses to upgrade their equipment. Also, salaries are horribly low.
