Pros

1) One of the best organization in Infotainment. 2) Provides great learning and career development opportunities. 3) Salary and hikes are good only if you are in connected cars not in connected services which is Symphony telecas changed name.

Cons

work life balance is not there. majority of work and growth opportunities are only available at bangalore location only

Cons

Lot of projects to deliver but not able to recruit engineers on time or no proper planning to on load/offload resources and therefore stressing existing engineers to concentrate on resources rather than working on technical issues.
