Their “CEO” in US is a huge contributor to their poor retention in US. All the “positive” feedback in a short amount of time is caused by him pushing the team to submit them so the “truthful” reviews get buried and minimized. Lots and lots of money wasted on leadership training when the person needing the training the most thinks it’s relevant to all but himself.
