Pros

- great marketing and fluff.

Cons

- internally the culture is toxic. managers threaten you to force you to work after hours. employees are often not treated with respect. - some early employees are arrogant and difficult to work with. - poor engineering processes - founders are no where to be seen to lead the company

Extremely smart, capable, and kind teammates; exciting mission and visible impact on a massive market in real-time; opportunity to learn a lot quickly; great place for those who thrive in ambiguity and seek opportunity.

Cons

Structure, process, and communication a WIP as company scales; pace can be intense if you're coming from a passive or reactive work environment.

Pros

- high impact, high growth - exciting product - amazing people to work with - lots of free food, snacks - good culture, and strong emphasis on having a good culture - leadership is open and honest about what they want to improve on, constantly asking for feedback & very earnestly trying to make positive changes

Cons

- has all the pains of a high growth startup — as other reviews mentioned, if you’re looking for something extremely structured, this place is probably not for you - some orgs are messier than others, which makes some orgs more toxic than others within the company
