Pros

Accelerators that heavily rewards over-performance - with lots of reps over-perform consistently Incredible Product Market fit - plays out through both the outbound results and pilot success rate Experience working strategic deals, talking to Exec level on almost every call

Cons

It is a demanding culture - need to be onboard for an intense work life balance Competition is fierce and need to always be on our toes

Thanks for being part of our wonderful team in London and for your callout on our pilot success rate-it's considerable. I also like that you callout the strategic nature of our sales and the types of prospects and customers we get to engage with, it really matters. Appreciate you making the time to share this! -Katie

Pros

One of the positive aspects of working here is the company’s continuous investment in its employees. From a wide range of perks and benefits to meaningful professional support, there’s a clear emphasis on creating an environment where people feel valued and set up to succeed. The company also provides a dedicated stipend for professional development, along with access to workshops and learning opportunities that help employees continue building their skills. The company is also experiencing rapid growth, which brings a wealth of opportunities for career development. Employees are encouraged to take on new challenges, expand their skill sets, and grow alongside the business. Collaboration is another core strength. There are many opportunities to work cross-functionally, connect with colleagues across teams, and contribute to shared goals. This creates a dynamic and engaging workplace where ideas are exchanged freely and teamwork is genuinely prioritized.

Cons

As the company continues to grow rapidly, some internal processes are still catching up. Communication around updates and priorities can occasionally feel disjointed, which can make it challenging to stay aligned on focus and clearly understand where the company stands in the market. These are common growing pains for a fast-scaling organization, but they can impact day-to-day clarity. Additionally, there is an opportunity to further strengthen middle management particularly around more consistent communication, alignment, and support at this level would help create a smoother and more cohesive experience across the organization.
