Accelerators that heavily rewards over-performance - with lots of reps over-perform consistently Incredible Product Market fit - plays out through both the outbound results and pilot success rate Experience working strategic deals, talking to Exec level on almost every call

Cons

It is a demanding culture - need to be onboard for an intense work life balance Competition is fierce and need to always be on our toes

There are many opportunities to work cross-functionally, connect with colleagues across teams, and contribute to shared goals. Cons

As the company continues to grow rapidly, some internal processes are still catching up.
