If you are looking to be in the AI space, that's exactly where Harvey sits. It's fun to teach prospects about an AI-native/forward platform like Harvey that AI is the core of it, not bolted onto a legacy platform. When those "aha" moments hit that Harvey is essentially all the different AI's they use in their day-to-day life, but specifically designed for their legal workflows, it's fun to experience their reactions. Harvey has been seeing explosive growth, but it's still a 3 year old company. That means it still operates like a startup in many ways for better or for worse, but the team is very much investing in the company as a very long term business. The bricks are being put in place and it still feels very early.

1 year into selling at Harvey and I'm very impressed. The numbers are incredible (Growth, Retention, Usage, etc). The people are even more amazing. Working at Harvey will certainly be a challenge, you are going to be pushed have perfect updates / follow ups everywhere. You'll have to run a sales cycle at a much faster pace than you're used to. You're going to be managing pilots across multiple accounts that are demanding. But in sales these are all good things. You're going to be pushed to be a better seller and rewarded accordingly when you win. The best thing about working here is certainly the people. I've worked at several high growth startups and the caliber of employees at Harvey is above the rest. Everyone will bend over backwards / do whatever it takes to win the deal and they are willing to got help when you need it. This is not a 9-5 job where people phone it in - everyone cares deeply about their job and their reputation at the company.
