GREAT - THE HATE COMES FROM PAST EMPLOYEES WHO WERE INDEED FIRED FOR NOT MEETING THE COMPANY'S QUALITY STANDARDS

Pros

Not really a pro, but having to get used to two phones, a corporate and a personal.

Cons

Super friendly people, caring managers, ability to work remotely, corporate cell and laptop, great benefits, they don't forget anyone's bday, they care about clients, and they do what is right!

Pay was $18/hr, coffee and snacks.

Cons

Very shady operations in this company. Be warned. Extraordinarily disorganized and incompetent leadership. People are hired to be scapegoats for an unmanageable workload. Clients are not being served in good faith. The stress of the chaos is not worth the pay for an employee. I cannot stress enough how bad this place is. The positive reviews are most likely fake. Nearly everyone in that office is immensely stressed. Also, if you're not a Portuguese speaker, tough luck. You will be ignored like an outcast. I am awaiting news of the top attorneys being investigated in the future, honestly.

Pros

Co workers welcomed me with open arms, management is outstanding, and you will learn alot in every area within the company! I started as a TEMP employee and received an offer after 5 weeks to become a PERM employee.

Cons

No cons! The benefits are amazing. If you are a fast learner and a multitasker, you will grow in this firm!
