Pros

- Friendly team of "do-ers" who think critically and operate strategically - Diverse and inclusive work force laddering up to the work that is produced - Data-first approach to all strategies - Regardless of level you are given a lot of responsibility and expected to operate in entrepreneurial mindset - Employees are professional in nature - Good work/life balance, although the 9-6 window tends to be very rigorous - Leadership extremely talented and truly involved in the day-to-day - Amazing premium HBO Max content - Good salary and benefits (but lacking on stock options)

Cons

- No stock unless you are higher level - Sometimes days are filled with 8-12 WebEx meetings - HR isn't readily available / involved - No clear org chart
