great staff trying their best but undermined by bad nursing leadership, CEO is new, so maybe he will make some very much needed changes.

Cons

Administration cares only about the numbers. Constant atmosphere of fear and threats. CNO and ACNO are HORRIBLE

More regular hours and had an office/desk.

Cons

Would be asked to fill in as needed, always a need, to cover the Emergency room or outpatient departments for registrar duties. Very little training of actual position at the time.
