I will literally never work for another Hca facility again in my life. There is NO pros to working for this company. They work their employees like slaves.

Cons

Everything about working for this company is a con. I often work 4+ hours over my scheduled shift and don’t get to take a lunch or a scheduled break. Even then, they ask for more. They work us to the point that it is not safe for the patients. The facility is gross, old, unkept, with out of date and broken equipment still in use. Once we were told to hide broken stretchers that are still used on a daily basis so that touring administration would not see them. I have seen too much at this facility and I would sooner go to a back alley clinic than allow myself to receive any level of treatment at this hospital.
