Pros
You are able to get as many hours as you would like. New grads are always welcomed and can get plenty of experience...hopefully you don't lose your license in the process. Most staff become a close unit due to need to work well together to make it through mostly stressful shifts.
Cons
The reason hours are so plentiful is due to the turnover rate...no care about safety and patient/staff satisfaction. No lie...you will be working mostly stressed out and dissatisfied. Hopefully you have great teammates.
