Pros

Nursing staff and other disciplines work well together. There is an emphasis on improving technology and being the hospital of the future so they do replace equipment with latest models fairly often.

Cons

Constantly understaffed and asking nursing staff to “surge” to dangerous ratios. Administration does not have your back if you try to refuse to take a patient that will make your team unsafe. There is so much focus on improving technology and patient satisfaction scores that there’s not much emphasis on safe patient care. Overall a very frustrating company to work for.
