-The people I worked with. -Opportunity to change departments. -could transfer to another HCA hospital if I’d like. -they’ll take anyone with certifications & licenses

Cons

-Treatment of staff. -Staff to patient ratios are terrible. —They are all about times. -They don’t back up their employees. -Turnover is high. -Don’t even bother with raises.
