Offered a £7000 bonus to stay after takeover by hcl as most people wanted to leave. Salary was maintained as were benefits

Cons

Endless checking of metrics and SLAs. HR absolutely clueless with numerous tax, pension and benefits issues which took weeks to resolve for most people
